Information

We are Tackling Mens mental health issues and provide a safe online forum for Men to discuss issues, anonymously if required, at any stage. Plus we provide face to face support groups and our M.A.T.E (Men Always Talk Early) encourages Men to think ahead of an emotional crisis and identify who they would call if they are faced with challenging circumstances. In the UK 3 out of 4 suicides are by men, with suicide being the biggest cause of death of men under 35. 12.5 percent of men in the UK are suffering from common mental disorders but men are much less likely to seek treatment.

It’s not just the sufferer who is affected, it’s all those around them to. It’s a worldwide problem and we can all help make a change. Together we can help make men feel comfortable about discussing there emotions and by doing so help prevent life changing situations. Anyone can be affected by this, at any time, without warning.
