You are not on your own

For us at Mandalay Wellbeing CIC, Dementia is one of the cruelest diseases. From our own personal experiences we are providing a range of initiatives to help people living with the condition.

We believe it is the families and people who have to care for the person affected by Dementia that have the most to learn and cope with, it is life changing, and we want to help your Dementia journey by highlighting the things we wish we had known about before and during the challenge and offer practical support when you need it.

Directory Of Support

We are providing a directory of Dementia Friendly businesses and services that you may find of use to help you in a practical way.

We are always looking to add Dementia Friendly businesses to our directory who can service Norfolk and Suffolk, if you know of a service that would like to join, please get them to contact us.

Online Support

We will be hosting regular Zoom sessions, on various topics with guest speakers to give you ideas of the kind of things you may wish to consider and ask questions.

This project is not currently funded so any donations are welcome to keep us going, growing and helping.

All women and girls should have access to sanitary items during their period. That’s why we distribute these essential items to those in need. If you are need of support with your periods, then please get in touch. We have a number of female volunteers that are here to help 7 days a week for your sanitary needs.
